End User Agreement
Effective Date: July 4, 2026
Last Updated: July 4, 2026
This End User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Protect Ukraine Now mobile application, website, services, features, content, notifications, and advocacy tools (collectively, the “App”).
The App is operated by Protect Ukraine Now LLC (“Protect Ukraine Now,” “PUN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing the App, or using the App’s advocacy submission features, you agree to this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies or notices presented to you in the App.
If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the App.
1. Purpose of the App
Protect Ukraine Now LLC provides a civic advocacy platform that allows users to learn about public policy issues related to Ukraine and to communicate with elected officials.
The App may present advocacy content, calls to action, suggested messages, legislative updates, policy information, and related materials prepared or approved by Protect Ukraine Now LLC moderators.
Protect Ukraine Now LLC is not a government agency, congressional office, political campaign, or official representative of any elected official, government office, or foreign government.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the advocacy submission features of the App.
By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal ability to agree to this Agreement.
3. Account Registration and Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating and using your account. This may include your name, email address, phone number, postal address, ZIP code, congressional district, state, and other information needed to operate the App and identify your elected officials.
You may not:
- Create an account using false information.
- Create an account for another person without authorization.
- Impersonate another person.
- Submit advocacy messages under another person’s identity.
- Use another person’s address or contact information to misrepresent yourself as a constituent.
- Use the App to generate false, automated, fraudulent, or misleading communications.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account.
4. Advocacy Authorization
The App allows you to submit advocacy messages to elected officials, including U.S. Senators, U.S. Representatives, congressional staff, government offices, or other public officials identified in the App.
When you choose to submit a message through the App, you authorize Protect Ukraine Now LLC and its service providers to transmit the message, together with the identifying and contact information needed for delivery, to the relevant elected officials, congressional offices, government offices, staff, or third-party delivery systems.
This information may include your name, address, email address, phone number, ZIP code, congressional district, state, and the content of the message you choose to submit.
Protect Ukraine Now LLC will not submit an advocacy message on your behalf unless you take an affirmative action in the App to submit that message.
5. Pre-Written and Editable Messages
In the initial version of the App, advocacy messages may be pre-written by Protect Ukraine Now LLC. You should submit a pre-written message only if you agree with it.
By submitting a message, you confirm that:
- You reviewed the message.
- You agree with the message.
- The message reflects your own request, position, or opinion.
- The information submitted with the message is accurate.
- You authorize Protect Ukraine Now LLC and its service providers to transmit the message on your behalf.
In future versions of the App, the App may allow users to edit, personalize, or write portions of advocacy messages. If you edit or personalize a message, you are solely responsible for the content of your edits. By submitting an edited or personalized message, you confirm that the final message reflects your own views and that you authorize its transmission.
Protect Ukraine Now LLC may refuse to transmit, restrict, preserve, review, or remove any message or submission that violates this Agreement or creates legal, security, operational, or reputational risk.
6. No Guarantee of Delivery, Review, or Response
Protect Ukraine Now LLC does not guarantee that any message will be delivered, accepted, read, processed, categorized, or answered by any elected official, congressional office, government office, staff member, or third-party delivery system.
Congressional offices and government agencies control their own contact systems, filtering, response policies, constituent verification procedures, and message handling practices.
Once a message is submitted to an elected official, congressional office, government office, or third-party delivery provider, Protect Ukraine Now LLC may not be able to retrieve, modify, delete, or control that message.
